NUFUD Use Guidelines

1. About NUFUD

NUFUD and nufudgames.com are provided by مؤسسة ٨٠٨٠ لتقنية المعلومات. These rules apply to use and available features and supplement the applicable app licence and Apple store terms. NUFUD is a virtual entertainment experience, not guidance for real driving or vehicle modifications. Do not use it while driving. Observe the age rating and legal-guardian supervision where appropriate.

2. Use and customization

You are responsible for text, names and artwork you add and for having the necessary rights. Player additions do not represent the establishment or its approval. Obscene or unlawful content, defamation, harassment, threats, blackmail, hate, exploitation of minors, impersonation, and privacy or intellectual-property infringements are prohibited, as are fraud, service disruption and unauthorized access.

The establishment is not a party to users’ communications or agreements outside its official channels. You are responsible for choosing the publishing platform and audience and for your additions to a share. External platforms are governed by their own terms.

3. Ownership and gameplay videos

Rights in the game, its assets and branding are reserved to the establishment and relevant rights holders. Obtaining the game does not transfer ownership.

Within the scope of our rights, we grant limited, non-exclusive permission to publish and stream your original gameplay videos, including tutorials, reviews, lawful criticism and ordinary platform advertising revenue. Comply with the content rules above, do not attribute player additions or editing to NUFUD, and do not imply official sponsorship or endorsement.

Prior written permission is required to use NUFUD assets in advertising or paid promotion for another entity, redistribute game files, sell assets or publish extracted materials independently, unless a separate licence or statutory exception permits it. This permission does not cover third-party rights we are not authorized to license. For a breach of its conditions, we reserve the right to request correction or removal, terminate permission for the violating use and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

4. Responsibility and violations

Users are responsible for misuse, content and conduct to the extent legally attributable to them. The establishment is not responsible for independent consequences caused solely by a user or external party and not legally attributable to it. These rules do not exclude any liability or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We review reports relating to NUFUD and may take appropriate, proportionate action concerning content or features we operate, in accordance with law. To report an issue or seek review of an action, email a description and any relevant link to info@nufudgames.com without unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Purchases

The website is informational and does not take payments. Apple purchases, if made, are subject to the price, content and terms shown before confirmation. Future features are not part of a purchase unless the offer specifies otherwise. Refund requests for transactions billed by Apple are handled through reportaproblem.apple.com under its terms and statutory rights. Our email provides technical support.

6. General terms and contact

Saudi law applies, subject to mandatory rights under other applicable laws. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
